We place quality above all else in our priorities so to ensure that we maintain our 99.999% (or better) quality, we: over produce and scrap what does not conform (and take inventory of what is left), set universal tolerance standards based on our most stringent customer's expectations, provide annual training on AS9100 and ISO9001, regularly send our inspection equipment for calibration, fully utilize our ERP (E2), regularly send out open order reports, and implement continuous improvement measures to ensure all of your KPIs are improving.
