Required Skills

CNC Lathe Programming & Setup Capabilities (and Operate)

Ability to receive a blueprint, material and “unproven” program (no setup sheets / work instructions) and develop a "First Piece" part complete for inspection

Good work ethic (timely, focused, “hard working”)

Good attention to detail

Minimum 5 years of experience

Blueprint comprehension (ASME Y14.5 and GD&T Knowledge and understanding)

Minimum High School degree or equivalent required
Preferred Skills
-
NIMS Certification for "CNC Lathe 2" (or other equivalent)

OKUMA (OSP) Control Panel familiarity
-
Familiarity with Setting Up “Sub-Spindles” and “Bar Feeders”

Familiarity with “Live Tooling”
-
Familiarity with “Y-axis
Position Details
-
First Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

* Possibly Training short term Schedule

Starting Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Mandatory Initial and Random Drug (and alcohol) testing required (this is paid for by Arcas Machine)

First performance review will be at 90 days and following reviews will be annual
-
Uniforms are provided to all employees
-
Safety toe (Steel toed) boots are provided once per year to all employees
-
After 90 days, insurances (health, dental, vision & life) are offered to employee
-
After 6 months, 401K Retirement Plans are offered to employee
